Warranty Policy
1. Backpack/Suitcase/ Briefcase/Day Bags/Laptop Sleeves/Waist Pouch/SlingBag/Other Accessories
All Wenger products purchased after 1st of January 2022 are backed by a five-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (Before: 3 years). Should a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship appear under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion with the same model or an equivalent.
2. Watches
Wenger timepieces purchased from authorized retailers are eligible for our manufacturer’s three-year limited warranty, which covers defects to the hands, dial and movement.
