Your placement of an order constitutes your "offer" to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by Snaphire IT Services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer in full or in part, at our sole discretion.

If you provide a valid email address, you will receive an order acknowledgment. Our acceptance of your offer is confirmed only upon dispatch of the product(s). No act or omission prior to shipment constitutes acceptance.

Use of this website is permitted only to those who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Pricing, Charges & Order Policies


Pricing Information

While www.wenger.co.in, operated by Snaphire IT Services, strives to provide accurate product and pricing details, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or product information due to an error, Snaphire IT Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any such orders unless the item has already been dispatched. In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

If your order is accepted, your card will be charged, and a confirmation email will be sent. If the order is cancelled after payment processing, the charged amount will be reversed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Please note, online prices may vary from retail store pricing due to geographic or promotional factors. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


Charges

Membership and browsing on www.wenger.co.in are free of cost. However, Snaphire IT Services reserves the right to modify its fee policy at any time. If new services are introduced or current ones updated, applicable fees (if any) will be posted on the site and shall take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.

All charges are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Customers are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax and payment laws in India.


Order Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by Snaphire IT Services

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion. Common reasons include:

  • Limited stock availability
  • Pricing or product listing errors
  • Fraud prevention or payment verification issues

If your order is cancelled and payment was made, the amount will be reversed to your original payment source. We will notify you in such cases via email or phone.


Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not been shipped. If eligible, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the same payment mode used during the transaction.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Snaphire IT Services reserves the right to decide the cancellation status of any order.

In case of a damaged or defective product received, please email: snaphireitservices@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we may authorize a return and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Some product or PIN code restrictions may apply. Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 working days, and most are delivered within 7–10 working days depending on the delivery location.

Shipping partners include trusted logistics providers to ensure your order arrives securely and promptly. Products are shipped either by air or ground based on size and weight.


Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping for orders above ₹1999. For orders below this amount, delivery charges apply as follows:

  • Orders above ₹2,000/-: Free shipping
  • Orders ₹2,000/- or below: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies (non-refundable).


Delivery Timeframe

Most products are delivered within 5–7 working days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days depending on item type and delivery location.

We are committed to dispatching your order at the earliest possible time.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

  • In the event of a return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and verified by our team and the cost of return shipping will be borne by Snaphire IT Services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This User Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, and the decision shall be final and binding on all parties.


REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

All feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, and other submissions ("Comments") submitted to www.wenger.co.in shall be assigned by Snaphire IT Services to Victorinox India Private Limited, its affiliates, associate and group companies to display and share this feedback regarding products it manufactures on various public facing platforms. You assign all rights, titles, and interests in any intellectual property associated with these Comments to the company without compensation or further obligation.

  • Grant us the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, or distribute the content in any manner we deem appropriate.
  • Confirm that your Comments do not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights).
  • Agree that your submissions will not contain offensive, unlawful, or harmful content.
  • Agree to indemnify Snaphire IT Services, its licensors and any of the licensor’s
    affiliates and affiliates of Snaphire IT Services from any claims arising from the
    Comments you submit.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any Comments at our sole discretion.


UNAUTHORIZED USE

  • Use bots, crawlers, spiders, or other automated tools to extract data or content from the Site.

How to Lodge a Complaint

Consumers may submit their queries or complaints through the “Contact Us” section on the website. Support is available Monday-Saturday, 11am – 6pm (excluding public holidays) via the designated help center or customer care channels. The complaint will be acknowledged by the customer support team and the grievance officer within 48 (forty-eight) hours. Snaphire will provide a ticket ID to each user filing a complaint. The user is required to provide the ticket ID received during the customer support interaction to effectively track the status of the complaint. The complaint will be resolved within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt by the grievance officer.
