All Wenger products purchased after 1st of January 2022 are backed by a five-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (Before: 3 years). Should a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship appear under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion with the same model or an equivalent.Product Return Policy
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or replacement possible.
However, in the rare event that:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- The item received is not as per your order
You must inform customer service via email within 24 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product. We will work to resolve this issue and, in our sole discretion, we will authorize a return and issue a replacement.
NOTE: All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, otherwise it will not be taken back. It is hereby clarified that the cost of return shipping will be borne by Snaphire IT Services.
